Project planning is the key to insuring that all work is completed in a timely and accurate manner. On large projects, a detailed description of the project's scope is developed prior to commencing any work.

PROPER PLANNING PREVENTS POOR PERFORMANCE! Precision Surveys' in-house quality control process is designed to make each job as accurate as possible. All work is independently checked after each stage of completion. A staff member, who was not the original person performing the work, will check input and calculations for accuracy.

After plats have been plotted, a computer closure of the data is run to insure that there are no mathematical errors. To further increase accuracy, computer generated earthwork quantities are checked manually and spellcheck routines are used prior to plotting. Tasks are continually monitored, to insure that the scope of the project is being adhered to precisely.

By using the latest surveying technology, Precision Surveys can decrease the amount of time needed to complete a project. The use of quality control processes also helps insure accuracy and cuts down on needless, and costly errors. Two-way radios and cellular phones are utilized to communicate between the field and office. This eliminates unnecessary trips and allows crews to be dispatched quickly to a site.
