Subdivison and Vacation Plat of a Portion of Unit Twelve, Section 9, Township 12 North, Range 3 East, New Mexico Principal Meridian, Town of Alemeda Grant, City of Rio Rancho, Sandoval County, New Mexico.

Boundary and site topography for the 34 lot subdivision. Subdivision plat prepared for city review and approval.

Established GPS control points in a remote, heavily forested area within the Apache National Forest. Precision Surveys had to schedule all work to avoid conflicts during the spotted owl mating season.

Precision Surveys established horizontal and vertical "T" points for an 11.5 mile section of NM 537. All "T" points were ties to GPS control points. An electronic digital level with data recorder was used for vertical control.

Prepared ALTA/ACSM survey for 100 acre Mobile Home Park. The site included numerous utilities and several complex easements.

Performed design surveys that included topography, driveway profiles, structure sections, and cross sections.

Obtained cross sections of the "Arroyo Aqua Sarca" near Placitas, NM. The sections were prepared for HEC analysis of the channel for the Corps of Engineers.

Established horizontal and vertical control for 6 panel points for aerial photography of 44 acre site. Performed boundary survey of tract and subdivision plat work.
