Precision Surveys, Inc. is a rapidly growing firm providing services throughout New Mexico. Precision Surveys utilizes the latest computerized surveying technology to gather, analyze, and display data to suit our clients needs. We take great pride in the quality of our work. Our goal is to represent our clients well by providing them with professional products and prompt, accurate services.

Founded in 1993 by Larry W. Medrano, PS, Precision Surveys, Inc. has grown from two employees to over two dozen, as we continue to plan for more growth through acquisition. Our main office is located at 8500-A Jefferson Street, NE in Albuquerque, NM. Our Los Alamos, NM office is located at 1460 Trinity Drive, Suite 3.

Larry Medrano has over twenty years experience in the surveying profession. He was licensed to practice surveying in January 1993. Mr. Medrano serves as the President of the Corporation, and has served as the President of the Middle Rio Grande Chapter of the New Mexico Professional Surveyors.

Larry has also served on committees with the Home Builders Association of Central New Mexico, works with Habitat for Humanity, and contributes to numerous other charitable and educational organizations throughout Albuquerque.

The staff of Precision Surveys, Inc. has been assembled to provide our clients with the best possible services. Our key Staff members have over 100 years of combined experience in surveying and related fields.

All staff members are familiar with the latest surveying and computer technologies. Our commitment to technology includes the use of Global Positioning System (GPS) equipment and robotic total stations. We have built our business and reputation on providing accurate and timely services.

Today, we provide our many services to engineering and architectural firms, developers, contractors, home builders, title companies, attorneys, real estate, agents, mortgage lenders, and government agencies.
